Delivery Policy

We deliver all orders within 6-8 business days. If you order multiple products, we may ship your products separately. You will receive email confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your orders on our website by simply providing your Order ID and billing details. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

You can select your mode of payment during the checkout process as various payment methods are available.

Returns and Refund

Shipped Orders
We make sure that you have all the details once you have placed your order! A notification via SMS/email at point of dispatch along with a tracking number is provided with all purchases.
Order Confirmation
All orders are processed for delivery after confirmation. You will receive an email/SMS for order verification and payment confirmation.

Refund and Exchange Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return it, unless noted in our exceptions. The product needs to be returned clean and in its original condition, in original packaging. If you purchased the product as a bundle and are not satisfied with a product within the budle, you do not need to return the entire set but rather that single product.

You can return items in-store or by mail and need to provide the original receipt during the process. We will refund the purchase price and any applicable taxes to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.
