- WARRANTY CARD T&Cs The Trade Assurance tag offered by Powerhouse Express enables the eligibility for warranty claims, exclusively applicable to products with this tag. In cases where a product lacks the Trade Assurance tag, our service will be limited to repairs only.
- COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
- For BlueDot, Clipsal, Coarts Lighting, Davis, Himel, Khind, PCE Merz, PCE, Riva & Vteke.
- We offer replacement services under the following conditions:
- •The product is not functioning properly upon delivery.
- •The wrong product has been delivered
Powerhouse Express provides the Trade Assurance tag for warranty claims, and each of the brands we offer comes with its own dedicated warranty card, complete with its specific Terms & Conditions. In the event of a return, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will promptly address your concern. We will then promptly dispatch the relevant warranty card accordingly.
- For wrong product delivery, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and unopened. The product will not be replaced if the seal has been opened or if the product has been used.
- Customers may claim after-sales warranty if the product is damaged or not performing as expected. Powerhouse Express will provide repair services or replace the product as necessary. If a customer receives a faulty or damaged product, they must notify us within 3 working days and provide video proof of opening the package.
- NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
•This warranty does not cover any defects that result from misuse of the product, liquid damage, physical abuse, or normal wear and tear.
•Any unauthorized tampering, alteration, or repair of the product will void the warranty, as will breaking the warranty seal.
•Accidental damage, lightning, or other acts of God are not covered by this warranty.
•Any burns caused by power failure or voltage surge will not be covered under warranty.
•The serial number box must be kept safe and preserved throughout the entire warranty period.
Powerhouse Express evaluates each warranty case on an individual basis and reserves the right to make a final decision on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance or rejection of a warranty claim will be at the company's sole discretion.
