Order Management

How can I know if my order is confirmed?

The order is confirmed after receipt of payment when you are paying online. You will be notified by SMS and Email that your order is successfully confirmed.

How can i check the status of my order?

You can easily check the status of your order online by simply clicking on the ‘Track your order’ button at the bottom of the page and providing your order number and billing email ID details.

Will I receive a notification when my order is processed?

Yes, when your order is processed you will be notified through SMS and Email.

How to add or remove the item(s) in my shopping cart?

You may remove items from your cart by clicking on the ‘x’ button from the shopping cart. To add more products to your cart, click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button.

Can i change my order once placed?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended.

How can i cancel my order?

You can cancel your order with Powerhouse Express within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellation of order is not possible. To cancel your order within 1 business working day, please write to us atsupport@powerhouseexpress.com.pkand mention your order details.

Can i view my order history?

You can simply go to ‘My Account’ on the top right corner of the screen. Then tap the order option to view your order history.

Account Registration

Do I need to register before shopping?

No, it is not necessary to register. You can visit and purchase from the store as a guest. However, we recommend you to register, as this will help you track your orders and view your shopping history whenever you like.

How do i make an account?

Please follow the steps below to make your own account with Powerhouse Express.
Simply add the following details and register your account:
• Name
• Mobile Number
After this you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on your mobile number to register your account.

Can you help, as I am unable to login to my account?

Please make sure you are entering your correct user ID and password. In case you are still not able to recover your account, please write to us atsupport@powerhouseexpress.com.pkand we will get back to you in 2 – 3 business working days.

How do i login?

Our login process requires you to enter your mobile number and login with the OTP (One Time Password) you receive.

What are the available payment methods?

We offer four payment methods:

  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery

Where can I find the payment instructions?

When you proceed to check out, After selecting the payment method, you will find specific
instructions for each payment method step by step.

What type of payment cards do you accept?

We accept both Debit and Credit Cards ( MasterCard, Visa).

What is COD?

COD means Cash on Delivery. You can pay cash for your selected items at time of delivery.

How can I pay online?

If you have selected to pay online, you need to enter valid Debit/Credit card details to process your order on the Powerhouse Express store.

What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges are the delivery charges that are subject to vary according to weight and sales tax.

How many days does it take to deliver the product?

Under normal conditions post COVID-19 pandemic, we deliver your orders in 6 - 8 business working days which is flexible as per Government guidelines.

Which courier service do you use?

We have a third party courier service company that makes deliveries to our customers across Pakistan.

How can i track my order?

You can track your orders from Powerhouse express website by simply providing order ID and billing email details.

Why do sometimes orders get delayed?

It is our utmost priority to delivery products to you on time with best customer service. However, at times orders do get delayed due to several reasons and most commonly found reason are short business hours post pandemic, weather conditions and long holidays. Return & Refund Policy

How do I return the purchased products?

If you’re not 100%
satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition in-store or by mail and provide the original receipt. The product needs to be returned clean in its original condition. If you purchased the product as a bundle and are not satisfied with the product within the bundle, you do not need to return the entire set but rather that single product. Please

How much time do I have to return the product after the purchase?

You have 7 Days to return the purchased product, unless noted in our expectations.

How can I apply for a refund?

To apply for a refund, you need to return items in-store or by mail and provide the original receipt to start the process.

How long does it take to get a refund?

After receiving the returned parcel and verification, It normally takes 6-8 business working days to make a refund.

Is the refund paid in cash or replaced with some other item of equal value?

We will refund the purchase price and any applicable taxes to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.
