No, it is not necessary to register. You can visit and purchase from the store as a guest. However, we recommend you to register, as this will help you track your orders and view your shopping history whenever you like.

We accept both Debit and Credit Cards ( MasterCard, Visa).
COD means Cash on Delivery. You can pay cash for your selected items at time of delivery.

The shipping charges are the delivery charges that are subject to vary according to weight and sales tax.
Under normal conditions post COVID-19 pandemic, we deliver your orders in 6 - 8 business working days which is flexible as per Government guidelines.
We have a third party courier service company that makes deliveries to our customers across Pakistan.

satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition in-store or by mail and provide the original receipt. The product needs to be returned clean in its original condition. You have 7 Days to return the purchased product, unless noted in our expectations.
To apply for a refund, you need to return items in-store or by mail and provide the original receipt to start the process.
After receiving the returned parcel and verification, It normally takes 6-8 business working days to make a refund.
We will refund the purchase price and any applicable taxes to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.
